Hi! press F9 in the start of the first bar from where you want to delete. note that f9 is like a start marker or mark in. after that press F10 at the end of the part of the track. usually, F10 is like the finish marker or mark out. then, press the comma key "," to select that part of the track. now, you can press the delete key, or go to edit menu and choose the delete option. if you want to only delete it, press the delete key. if you want some more option, select the delete option from the edit menu.
