hi Mohamad,
if you want to insert a soft synth just go to insert menu by pressing
alt+i and then choose the soft synth. here you have a list of soft
synths that you have installed, cakewalk Tts-1, true-pianos, these
soft synths are installed by default when installing sonar.
just press enter on a soft synth that you wish to activate and press
alt+tab to go back to the main menu of sonar.
