Hi Jack!

Then try before installing JSonar to open a folder of user scripts JAWS.

Through the main menu

For example 

JAWS 12.0\Explore JAWS\Explore my settings.

That is, at you be simple can not folders of the user scripts

C:\Documents and Settings \(UserName) \Application Data\Freedom 
Scientific\JAWS\xx.0\Settings\enu

And consequently JSonar installer does not see this folder.
