[jhb] Trouble at Mastricht

Hi Guys,
Just returned from a trip to Italy & Spain.When leaving Munich yesterday, we were delayed at the gate by 1 hour due to(according to the captain) a loss of radar in Mastricht. Can anyone shed any light onto what happened?
