If anyone missed this program last night I can recommend looking out for a
repeat. Similar to the earlier and excellent Secret Life of a Motorway the
program was full of delightful archive film going back to the early days of
AT&T and Imperial Airways. Although Heathrow obviously featured a lot it
wasn't exclusive - nice earlier shots of Croydon and other airports too.
Parts 2 and 3 are on BBC4 for the next two Monday nights.
