This is better, (you can dig down each entry to find specific models & ICAO
codes):
http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/default.aspx

Heh heh!  Peanuts are immune from inflation though!

Aircraft Type is an ICAO official 4 character code for a specific aircraft.  A
Beech 1900 is is, for example B190
C172 Cessna 172
B744 Boeing 747-400
B206 Bell 206 helicopter
for example.
You may be used to putting Boeing 747 as one string, which is probably OK,
but I
am used to putting Manufacturer and Type separately.

I'll continue with my current approach for now and get it working, and maybe
later look again at an automated database solution similar to the CIX one.

Looks simple and straightforward to me. "Type" presumably refers to VFR/IFR?
I
like "total due" - can you code this so that payment goes directly into my
bank account .....??
