We've been there for a day, on cruises. Leaving in the evening, on the
first trip, I noticed this straight horizontal line, about 2000feet up,
on a very high vertical rock face. A quick trip for the binocs showed it
was a road. I could even see the occasional car going along it. I then
made a hasty return to the cabin, to recover from the vertigo that swept
over me.
So, the only flat bits we had seen were the areas around what I guess is
the promenade. Is there anywhere else flat on the island?
