I can well understand that. And do not blame you for the decision. Frank----- Original Message ----- From: "Fossil" <fossil@xxxxxxx>

A pity but I can understand why. The whole organisation is too complex. Staff members are usually appointed for a specific task like ATC training, running events or being sector chiefs. The downside is that the appointment also lumps you in to a lot ofother admin, running the Live Help desk, monitoring the forum and so on. Itis all very time consuming and I can see that these additional duties rob the staff of the time they need for the task they joined IVAO in the first place.. I've not yet covered the full extent of IVAO's organisation but I've seenenough to show me that my appointment could easily swallow up all the time Iallocate for controlling, training, running JHB and other pleasures so I will be turning down the TA9 position. It's almost a full time responsibility and I regret that I cannot commit to that. bones bones@xxxxxxx -----Original Message----- From: jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kev Townsend Sent: 01 April 2010 12:41 To: jhb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb] Re: ATC Course (Month 27) My latest mentor Adam Hillier has resigned from the Training Department!
