It certainly is. It's faster than most VLJ's and early Citations and it is
also faster than the turboprop heavies like the Hercules and Britannia which
file a TAS of just 300kts.

Subject: [jhb] A View Through The Side Window

Just completed a flight from my Christmas present Manchester Xtreme, to
Bristol.

Fine until arrival to RWY 27, with a 60 not wind from about 220 deg. At
the Do328, Vref of 115, this gave me a speed over the ground of 75 kts
ans sufficient drift to have the runway half way across my right hand
screen! Once sorted and the Do328 is a very nice plane to fly. With a
cruise speed of 320 ktas it's as fast as some small jets.
