If your someone who uses the sleep feature in Windows 7 I’d always recommend
unloading and reloading jaws after the PC has woken up as I’ve found things
such as window update, application key menus and the JAWS system tray list just
says blank etc and does not read properly. However all seems to be well again
after unloading JAWS.

Hello:

Try unloading and reloading jaws and then if that does not work read current
line, caps lock I or jaws key eight.

Subject: windows 7 automatic updates issue

Hi,
I’m running jaws 10 with windows 7 ultimate 64-bit. I’m having an issue
with the windows automatic updates program. When I arrow through the
list of available updates, all jaws announces is whether or not the
item is checked, it does not say the name of the update. How can I fix
this problem? Do you have any other tips for using jaws 10 with windows
7?
Thanks!
Mike
