Judith,

Congratulations, mazel tov, and all the best on the occasion of your son's 
wedding.  I think you'll be able to simply issue a command to the listserv 
to suspend delivery of list emails until you restart it on your return. 
Hope someone tells you how to do this, otherwise I'll have to go to the 
folder where I keep welcome messages from mailing lists and find the 
instructions.  Suggestion:  Good idea to keep those instructions somewhere 
you can find them, too, and look them over when you first join a mailing 
list.

Again, congratulations.
