Well, there are a number of Dell laptops out there, and if someone has one with
a 15-inch monitor, do we know that it's the same model as yours? Latidute,
Xperion, or other? Come on, give us some help here.

What brand of laptop, and what Windows Operating system are you using, and
most importantly what version of JAWS will you be using to attempt to set up
and manipulate this webcam?
