Hi Rosemarie.

Usually, I just have to press the enter key when I am on a message I want to
open. It should work. I don't know how else to open a message, unless you
have some sight, and can click on the message to open it that way. 

If that doesn't work, let me know, and I'll try to figure it out some more
for you.
