to unsubscribe from this list, send a blank e-mail message to
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
put the word unsubscribe in the subject line.
notice the dash, followed by request in the e-mail address. you need to
use that to do anything like leaving the list or whatever. sending a
message with the word unsubscribe in the subject line only does that, it
doesn't remove you from the list.
