Hi, Troy.

I've just tested the website and had the same experience. Two thoughts.

First, if you're looking for a specific category, I noticed that you can go through the long list in the box by first letter. If there's an item you want, navigation by letter might get you closer to it.

Second, at the very bottom of the page, as JAWS reads it, there's an email link to the website's webmaster. Perhaps this one is more responsive than the webmaster I tried to contact the other day for a website giving me problems.

Hi All, There are 2 list boxes on this site, and I turn on forms mode and arrow down and it immediately kicks me out of forms mode, and I have even tried alt-down arrow to open the box with the same result. Can somebody else try it and see if you get the same result? As I said there are 2 list boxes and the same thing happens in both of them

The site is:

Thanks.
Troy
