Can you please let us know what version of Windows your friend is using? Is
this a desktop or laptop PC? Also, are the headphones wireless, or are they
connected to the computer where the speakers would normally connect?

Subject: trouble hearing jaws
I have a friend running either jaws 7 and 9. for no apparent reason she can
only hear jaws through headphones. Playing a CD or music from her hard
drive
works fine through the speakers. She has re installed jaws and still no
luck. We have checked everything we can think of. Any suggestions would be
welcome.
