trouble finding account in comcast:

Hi all, I've running the update and am finding that I cannot access
portions of the comcast web site because they seem not to be there. I've
tried this with and without flash active. In the service center, you are
supposed to be able to access pages to add and delete mail boxes, change
mail box settings, and account info. I cannot find any of these although I
can find them in 4.51.
