I will add one more suggestion-- if you use Outlook and the Contacts. Tab up to the "from" field Bring the JAWS and PC cursor together, be sure you are on the email address (Insert left arrow), and right click (star on the numpad). Pick "copy to contactts, and you are done. In most cases the name is properly configured and the "file as" alphabetizes in last name order. The email address is also popped into the right field. Then, you can send as many times as you like from the contacts list.
