Hi.
This may or may not work, but it does for me. When JFW crashes, bring up
narrator, then, press Control Alt Delete to go to task manager. Then, move
down the list, and if JFW.exe is listed, press delete, and answer yes. Then,
you should be able to start JFW from the desktop. This is on Windows XP home
sp1.
