If I'm not mistaken, the equivalent of Central European, one hour ahead of
GMT. But if your point is that we in North America know only our own time
zones, itself doubtful, it's well taken. I'm wondering if Bruce in Manitoba
is in Central or Mountain Time. Ontario stretches along American states
that are well into the Central Time zone.
forgive me, moderator. Actually, this is a relevant question. Sighted
people can readily ascertain time zones from watches and handheld gadgets.
I'd be curious if there's any accessible equivalent. I have found the
following website. It doesn't give the answer at a glance, but it is
accessible:
