the new machine

well once in a while I get to installing a program such as real player. I
updated it on the net with this machine and it is brand new. i keep getting a
message from macafee saying something about to you want to update now or
continue what I was doing. I aksed the salesman for norton and they
accidentally put macafee on it. They sent me norton to correct the mistake and
I will install it with sighted help. but when jaws no longer works, I go into
narrator and it says jaws has incountered a problem and needs to close. What do
you think of this.
