Yes I ve the same issue with beta 10 of jaws.
Also, I have a issue in reading a email in outlook that when doing a insert
down arrow on the num pad it will only read 1 line and not the entire email.

Hello.
I'm just curious has anyone else noticed if you are using Jaws for Windows
version 10 beta edition and are focused on Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 if
you press "insert + F 12" twice quickly the date is not reported. This only
happens while focused on Microsoft Office Outlook and the keystroke works
fine everywhere else that I have found. I was just wondering if anyone else
has seen this behavior. I have already reported this on the beta report
form.
