check your display settings, there are some recomendations from
Freedomscientific, I will see if I can find the E-Mail from their
support department for you later.

I am running win xp sp2 and jfw 6.0.
Sometimes jaws will only read some of the items in the sys tray. Is
this a known problem or only on my computer?
