stopping Jaws saying cell in Outlook

Heya folks,
 
In Jaws 11 I cant stop jaws saying cell before reading certain emails back
to me in Outlook 2002. Ive tried the jaws insert key and v to adjust any
settings in there but theres nothing there that seems to fit whats
happening, can anyone help me please?
