start-up problem with jaws 10

I'm having a really irritating problem with JAWS 10. Eloquence won't start
at start-up. I have JAWS set to run as a service, but the only way I can get
eloquence to work is to end jaws and restart it. Fortunately I have a
Braille display, so I can do this reasonably easily. Does anybody have any
suggestions?
