I'll tell you right now, if you have web rebates on that machine, you've got
problems, that's spyware, completely trashed my old computer when I let some
one borrow it and they got that on there but if you want a list of what I'd
disable, I'll tell you. if the computer is running slow or anything though,
web retabes is your piggest problem, I had to format to get rid of it.
ANyway, things I'd disable are, maybe that sound card thing, that's just a
mixer unless you really play with audio you don't need that,

Note, most of this I know is spyware and a royal pain to remove and will
only come back checked again. Just about all but office startup.
