speech lost when going to a certain web site

Hello, I am having a peculiar problem. When I try to go to the web site
www.tenetchoices.com, I loose speech. I am running windows98 se with jaws
4.51, and internet explorer 6. Would
somebody want to try it, and let me know how they fair out?
