spam and msn and jaws list

I have msn. I think the email harvesters must pick email addresses out of
lists like freelist. Does anyone who has msn have any luck with the email
filtering? I haven't had any luck with message rules. Well, I guess they
work put they seem to put email you don't want into your deleted items
folder. In other words they download it to your computer anyway. Let me
know.
