Hi.
What may be happening is that you're being put in the subject field of the
message in OE6, rather than in the body, which was the default action before
you installed SP2. If so, this is a known problem, and there are a few
solutions/workarounds. See

Subject: sp 2 and jfw no longer reading

Hello all. I now have sp 2 for windows xp home and ever since I installed
it, jfw will no longer read emails in outlook express v6. I can press enter
on them and read them with my Jaws cursor but not with the pc. All windows
xp settings are according to Fs recommendations and the message is
maximized. Thanks for any help you can provide.
Kerri
