some remote access questions

Hey guys,
having an issue with remote access.
Is there a way when i log in to remote access, that i can have jaws go to
remote speech instead of using eliquence?
Also, if for some reason i have to reboot the machine, is there any way that
once the server comes back up that jaws will talk?
