Re: sollecting

Try selecting with control shift down arrow and see if that does it.  You can 
try selecting a line with control shift right arrow.  When all else fails try 
control a but that doesn't always work on a web site.  Judith

  I, too, am having that problem.  Shift down arrow works with text in note 
pad, and wordpad, but will not select lines in an email or from a web page.
