Jaws supports may software synths, it has the drivers for them. However it
doesn't actually come with them. It only comes with eloquence synth and has the
ability to detect sapi 5 and sapi 4 synths. Sapi 5 I think comes with winxp.
Sapi 4 synths include the family of atnt natural voices from nextup.com,
payware, and the outloud voice for windows which is freeware and sounds a lot
like eloquence. I don't like this particular synth because it doesn't say the
text associated with a link on webpages.
