Its not crashing with jaws. But I was thinking if any of you came across this 
kind of issue before and know how to handle it? I contacted the developer but 
did not hear back.

Is "hope" a program that runs with JAWS? Seems as though software that is 
crashing on a particular computer and not on another is not an issue with JAWS. 
You may want to contact the software vendor and pursue in that direction.

Hi friends,
I got hope installed on a client's computer, although its showing on in all 
programs but when I try to launch the software and click on that, it does 
nothing but take me back to desktop. Anyone has any suggestion? That software 
works fine on my computer but I could not get it launched even let alone create 
an account. Please help.
