Re: "skim read" feature & progress bar announcements

To make things a bit easier I've taken the liberty of shortening the 
subject line a bit. I haven't tried the skim reading feature.
As for changing progress bar announcements, yes you can.  Go to the config 
manager, user options.  Set the combo box for progress bar announcements to 
your desired setting and press ok. I've turned mine completely off because 
I got annoyed with it announcing the progress of *every single webpage I 
went to. and I go to a lot of webpages on a daily basis.
