Hi, the people who are having these problems are having the problems do
to the fact that xp newer versions install newer video drivers. All
that needs doing is bring up the nerater program install the video
intercept and your xp should be talking again using jaws. A note to g
force users. The newer video drivers for these cards have problems
during windows log on. The problem is that once jaws loads at the log
on screen the system will reboot when focus changes. The work around
for this problem is to use nerater to log on to xp and then load jfw.

if the pc starts fine but jfw doesn't, press enter twice, the machine =
will restart, there are prompts on the screen and pressing enter twice =
gets you past them.

Could you not bring up narrator and let narrator guide you through the
install of the video intercept? The keystroke to bring up narrator is

Hey I just got it from my brother in law on cd and yes jaws 4.51 seems
to run a lot better but what you will have to do is get some one sited
to help you because there are pop ups that come up when you restart
your computer and the jaws video intercept is not installed so you
will have to get some one to install it for you=20

has anybody downloaded the service pack 2 for xp from windows update
yet? i have been holding off on it until this weekend to listen to the
computer shows to see if there are problems with it. if anyone has
