scripts, uninstalling and reinstalling

Hi Friends,
When I was up dating my Spy Ware Blaster program, I messed it up to where I now
have to uninstall it and down load and reinstall it again. My question is:
will the scripts I was using for the program I deleted work on the newly
installed program. They're both the same version. your advice would be greatly
appreciated.
