saving my settings when downloading jaws update

I have never tried saving my settings such as dictionary entries or config
entries that I made in Jaws 5, so I'm wondering where I can get specific
directions on how to do this. I want to download the new Jaws fix this
afternoon but really don't want to have to redo my dictionary or other
settings. Is there a specific training page on this or can someone give me
some step-by-step help? Thanks.
