Andy,
1Stve noticed it too. This is because SAPI voices are wave voices (just like Eloquence) but it takes more disk space than Eloquence does, and it eats a lot of memory than Eloquence. This is my own theory, but it might explain a little.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: sapy voices, do they work with jaws?

The sappy voices work with jaws, but the
computer does not seem to respond as quickly with the sappy voice as it does with the regular jaws voice. When I use the sappy voice, it seems to take longer to get in to out look express when I hit alt control o. When I use the regular jaws voice, when I go in to any program it seems to respond faster then the sappy voice does when I go in to any program.
