RE: sapi 5 voice?

please explain.  all voices are going to be sapi 5 or sapi4 devices. the
only exception to this rule I know of are the following.  dectalk access 32
witch uses dapi.  eloquence for jaws witch is not a sapi compatible voice.
that is all so the real speak voices at&t natural voice etc all are sapi 5
voices.
