repeating sign in announce of msn messenger with an JAWS.

good  afternoon folks:
i have this problem wich  posted in my subject line!!!!.
when am intending  to repeat  the latest sign in-alert of msn
messenger, i've got the following:
no sign in alert, or just  alt shift F  twelve.
it should to speak  the last  contact who's signed in.
actually: i don't know what that does!!!!!.
any suggest, would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!. mostafa almahdy.
