Hello Friends, In the 11 or 12 years I have been using JAWS, using the same license numbers, on different computers as they died or I just lost keys, I have never had Freedom Scientific deny me more authorization keys for any of my JAWS or my Open Book programs when I called and asked for them. Hi andy; If the Freedom Scientific folder that is in the Program Files folder on the " C " ddrive is removed, the keys are gone as well from what I understand. I believe these keys reside in the Activation & Authorization folders inside the Freedom Scientific folder. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. Hope this helps. Take care.
