No, I don't think there's any form of remote access in the way you
describe (where you're sent an image of what's appearing on the remote
pc screen).  However, win2k has many admin tools that can be installed
on your pc that run as local applications, and which you use to
administer active directory.

If you're job would be mostly to handle routine active directory admin
duties this may serve, but it won't let you change parameters or items
related to how the OS or the hardware is configured on the server pc.
