It's very simple. Place kaps lock instead of insert and it will work for most commands. Be aware that the numbers from the numpad are used by jaws as follows: 1 - end 2 - down arrow 3 - pg down 4 left arrow 6 right arrow 7 home 8 up arrow 9 - pg up You have all this on your laptop keyboard, so you use kaps lock instead of insert, and just add those to it. There is a whole section with keyboard commands in the jaws help.
