You probably are hitting the control key by itself to skip forward or backward
in jaws. You need to turn sticky keys off in the control panel, under
accessibility, keyboard.

Hi, if you're on about Microsoft Word, you're probably hitting insert z. If
not, please elaborate. Thanks.

My hand sometimes hits a key combination that turns on quick keys. I have no
idea what these are but I would like to know how I am turning them on and want
to know how to turn them off. Thanks, Judith
