punctuation again

Hi all, I am still having problems with jfw 6 and punctuation. Mark told me to
go into voices which I did and checked none for punctuation. I also went into
the jcm and selected what I wanted. Still in outlook express 5.6 I get
punctuation in the subject line and also in the text. I have tried control s
and also hit the space bar when told too, nothing sticks. Also I want to mark
my unread messages as unread but the menu tells me this option is unavailable,
I have winxp home. Please help,, David
