problem with banking site

Hi,
I am trying to sign up for online banking with my local bank, First Texas Bank.
They have some sort of area on the screen that is a keyboard.
It says you can type in the field, but I can not get access to it with Jaws.
I'm using Jaws 10.
If I try to type , it just doesn't recognize any edit field, and I can not get
into forms mode at all.
I realize this is some kind of graphical set up, but if anyone has any
suggestions please let me know.
I've contacted the bank, but don't know if they will have many ideas to offer.
