Thanks to everyone for all the help. No one has been able to duplicate the problem outside of my lab. I find this annoying, as I'm sure myself nor my techs will be able to come up with a solution. We recently upgraded a few utilities and small programs on these very machines, and I'm sure something is interfering, but what, exactly, is hard to say. Jaws has not crashed on other documents, just this particular one, and it crashes on all four machines that are running Jaws in my lab. All of those machines are identical in configuration, but not identical in software as I have different adaptive software on different machines. I am wondering, however, if this may be a result of us running dual installs of MSOffice 2003 and 2007. I know it is rare to do this, but we have always kept the two most recent versions running in this particular lab to accommodate students using all types of stuff at home. More to investigate. I want to thank everyone who was brave enough to try this file for me.
