I tried doing that with WMP and it didn't play. Does anyone know how to get it to work?

Your wmp might not be set to play all the file types it can. You might try using Winamp or any other players, or set it so it plays all the file types it possibly can, if you prefer to use that.

Ann Byrne asked:

Can I just download this like an MP3 file, or do I really need a podcaster?
Most times, a podcast *is* an mp3 file. I think the term podcast is what throws everyone off. But in this case, and in most cases it's an mp3 file, which you can download manually, or you can use a podcatcher (see below).

what is a podcaster? Which podcasters do people find accessible with JAWS???

A podcaster, or actually it's called a podcatcher, is what downloads the podcasts for you. You enter specific web addresses into it, and every so often, it'll go out and see if there's any new programs you haven't downloaded yet. If it finds something new, it downloadds it for you automatically and it saves you a whole lot of time.
 I use one called Juice
http://juicereceiver.sourceforge.net
It's not under active development anymore, but man it works beautifully with JAWS.
I hope that helps some of you guys get up to speed.
