buffering of streams is not something you could fix. If it's anything on
your end, it's p2p programs. Try not to run programs that take a lot of
banwith. Or you could get a better connection. For the most part, you
shouldn't have any serius problems if your on a highspeed connection, but if
your on anything like 1mbit or slower, you may need to watch waht is
running.
