playing descriptive dvds

Hi Guys:
Perhaps this is a stupid question but I would really appreciate help from
anyone. I have been playing descriptive dvds both on my computer and my dvd
player with no problem til now. I was given a dvd from a friend of mine and
he claims there is dvs as part of it. The ones I have played have been the
ones specially made for the visually impaired I guess. My friend says that
there is description on this one as a separate track that you have to find
through the audio menu; however, when I try to get there I see languages and
subtitles no dvs as an option. Any help would be appreciated either with
using the dvd player or power dvd on the computer to play this dvd. If I am
being real stupid here I appologise.
